Scope of Work

Non-intrusive check on pump bearings.
Check all bolts and nuts for tightness. Tighten as necessary.
Check starter and motor control panel for abnormal noise when in operation.
Test the operation of the overload relay.
Test run the control sequence of the control panel.
Check that all cables are properly terminated and all terminals are tightened.
Check on all indicator lamps.
Record reading on voltmeter/ammeter.
Check overload setting and security of all electrical connections.
Check the conditions of gate valves and grease valve spindle, as necessary.
Test the operation of the high-level alarm.
Test the operation of the low-level cut-off.
Check condition and operation of the non-return valve.
Check the operations of float switches in the ejector tank & sunken pit.
