Details about Pump Maintenance Service

Scope of Work

Non-intrusive check on mechanical seals and pipes for leaks
Non-intrusive check on pump bearings and lubricate with oil/grease as necessary
Check all bolts and nuts for tightness. Tighten as necessary
Check starter and motor control panel for abnormal noise when in operation
Test the operation of the overload relay
Test run the control sequence of control panel
Check that all cables are properly terminated and all terminals are tightened
Check on all indicator lamps
Record Reading on Volmeter/Ammeter
Check overload setting and security of all electrical connections
Check the conditions of gate valves and grease valve spindle, as necessary
Test the operation of the high level alarm
Test the operation of the low level cut off
Check condition and operation of non return valve
Check the operations of float switches
Check and charge pressure vessel
